'We're concerned' warning issued to anybody UK bank account or mortgage

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) says mortgage and home finance complaints also up in the first half of this year, as well as banking and credit complaints - with fraud and scam cases to blame for half of the increase in claims in that sector.
