Ice hockey star Matt Petgrave given standing ovation after fatal collision with Adam Johnson

Matt Petgrave was given a standing ovation after Nottingham Panthers player Johnson suffered the fatal injury to his neck during a collision with Sheffield Steelers star Petgrave on October 28.
