Six-month boost issued to anybody with a Lloyds, Barclays, HSBC, Santander, Nationwide mortgage

Analysts at Morgan Stanley said falling energy costs will bring down inflation and would also help government coffers by reducing debt costs amid the Cost of Living crisis.
