Bill to 'decarbonise' Scots Procurator Fiscal office by fitting heat pumps jumps to £3.5mil

The Crown Office building in the Aberdeenshire town is closed for the renovation work but MSP Fergus Ewing believes it is a waste of money after the cost rocketed by over £1million.
