Met Office pinpoints exactly where snow will fall in England this week as temperatures plummet

Warnings have already been issued over possible disruption, with the Met Office introducing yellow weather warnings for snow and ice, which cover the north west, north east and Scotland, for Tuesday and Wednesday.
