Nottingham attacks: MPs say 'missed opportunities' failed to stop killer Valdo Calocane

Calocane, 32, was today given a hospital order for the killings of university students Barnaby Webber and Grace O'Malley-Kumar and school caretaker Ian Coates - it is unlikely he will ever be released.
