Prosecutor who took wrongly-convicted Scots postmaster to court based decision on Post Office report

David Teale, who prosecuted the case of tragic William’s Quarm, said he was not aware of any 'safeguards' to ensure the accuracy of Post Office reports and an investigator's account was often accepted on 'trust'.
