Michelle Mone's husband Doug Barrowman appears in Spanish court charged with tax fraud

Doug Barrowman’s lawyer claimed statute of limitations legislation meant it was too late to proceed against the wealthy businessman over the alleged tax offence and it was “improper” to accuse him of embezzlement.
