Prince William's last minute decision to pull out of event 'sets alarm bells ringing'

Prince William pulled out of a memorial service at Windsor Castle for his godfather, the late King Constantine of Greece, and Kensington Palace moved quickly to say wife Kate who is recovering from major surgery is 'doing fine'.
