Met Office 12-hour 'risk to life' weather warning from 70mph winds on Monday and Tuesday

Yellow warning for strong winds that will reach 40-50 mph widely and as much as 60 or 70 mph along exposed coasts just hours after Storm Kathleen hit Devon and Cornwall.
