Universal Credit claimants told 'it's the end' as DWP to have '6,000 agents snooping on accounts

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is to hire 2,500 external agents to tackle fraud and error in the universal credit system, taking the total number of people investigating claimants to nearly 6,000.
