Universal Credit benefits cheat illegally claims £10,600 because 'it would be nice to have money'

Brian Thomas Mingins, 58, pleaded guilty to benefit fraud after he illegally claimed more than £10,000 in Universal Benefit from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
