Kellogg's warning as cereal is 'unsafe to eat' and urgently recalled

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said Kellogg's was recalling Kellogg's Corn Flakes Chocolate Flavour because "they may contain small hard lumps of food which have formed in the product.
