Homegrown food producer Scotty Brand launches beetroot crisps in honour of its Coatbridge founder

Beetroot was the inspiration behind the launch of the company over seven decades ago, when Albert Bartlett invested £30 in a tin bathtub to boil locally-grown beetroot in his garden shed.
