New DWP Universal Credit rules mean 1.6 million claimants £2,000 poorer

The Department for Work and Pensions ( DWP ) is under fire from the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) which has found 20 per cent have experienced devastating cuts, losing up to £2000 annually.
