Urgent recalls for Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons products including sandwiches and chicken

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issues recall alerts for a variety of reasons, including when products possibly contain listeria monocytogenes, allergens that are not disclosed on the packaging or if metal is detected in the item.
