ELECTION RESULT: Labour hold Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven

Labour has held Brighton Kemptown and Peacehaven with an increased majority. Chris Ward, whose late selection appeared to open up the contest, won comfortably and pledged to try to serve everyone in the constituency.
