Smethwick baths to go under the hammer after vandal attacks leave council with £7,500-a-month security bill

The grade II listed swimming baths closed a year ago and have been 'extensively' damaged in a spate of vandal attacks - now the council is looking to sell the building after being left with a £7,500-a-month security bill.
