Noisy cars should be banned from Herefordshire's streets

WHEN will the police and Herefordshire Council going to wake up to the menace of street cruisers tearing around Hereford city every evening and ban them and their testosterone fuelled cars from driving erratically with their noisy modified exhaust systems?
