Drivers face instant £100 fines in crackdown over 'ongoing issue'

Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council has launched a consultation exercise over car cruising and wants to "prohibit any meeting of two or more motor vehicles, including motorbikes, on local roads or public spaces.
