Drivers warned as cars smashed by 'youths' throwing bricks off Sutton Coldfield multi-storey car park

Mindless vandals have got into the closed-off Victoria Road multi-storey car park in Sutton Coldfield and thrown bricks smashing vehicles in the neighbouring Wrens Court car park.
