One in three Brits hesitant to try new sports due to fear of embarrassment, study reveals

A poll of 2,000 adults has found Brits are too embarrassed to try out new extreme sports and think they're 'too old' to be a beginner, with some of the most popular including scuba diving, surfing and mountain biking.
