Scots police chief who brought Brighton Bomber to justice 'would like to meet him again 40 years on'

Yesterday marked the 40th anniversary of the IRA attack on the town’s Grand Hotel – aimed at Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and her cabinet – which killed five and injured more than 30.
