Kevin McCloud in tears over guest's poignant words after cancer diagnosis

Grand Designs returned to our TV screens on Wednesday and host Kevin McCloud was joined by couple Tony and Ara who had plans to build a 'wellness' house in a woodland clearing near Henley-on-Thames.
