Jeremy Clarkson says new charge for drivers starting today is 'disaster'

Jeremy Clarkson has warned that a new £175 charge for drivers will be a 'disaster' as fuel duty is set to be unfrozen today, in the Autumn budget, by Labour Party Chancellor Rachel Reeves.
