Symptoms of bowel cancer as Dawson's Creek star James Van Der Beek shares diagnosis

James Van Der Beek, who found fame as Dawson Leery in the US teen drama series Dawson's Creek, has said he has been diagnosed with colorectal (bowel) cancer.
