Martin Lewis urges people earning over £60,000 to come forward for HMRC handout

The BBC Sounds podcast presenter, who'll be back on ITV tomorrow with the Martin Lewis Money Show, says people earning more than £60,000 individual income should still claim the money from HMRC.
