Paddy McGuinness says Sir Chris Hoy pushed him to 'absolute limits' in Children In Need bike challenge

The former host of Top Gear and Take Me Out, 51, is embarking on a 300-mile cycling feat which will see him travel from Wrexham in Wales to the finish line in Glasgow.
