The 'tatty' marquees outside No131 the Prom helped make Julian Dunkerton's firm 9 times more profitable during Covid

The Civic Society believe keeping the structures for much longer than allowed has given 131 an unfair advantage but Mr Dunkerton says it's "nonsense" and they are "out of touch".
