What are plans for hundreds of Herefordshire houses gaining us?

I totally agree with Gillian Herbert’s letters (Letters, October 31). Apart from the NPPF, Herefordshire Council Core Strategy and Town Council Neighbourhood or Local Development Plans are also considered when new developments are proposed.
