'Beautiful' mum dies just one day after being given wrong hospital treatment

Kayleigh Colegate, 35, from Rhyl, was struggling to breathe when she was rushed to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan, but she was given the wrong diagnosis.
