Power cut warning for 14 cities in England on Tuesday amid 28 hours of snow

Major cities in the north of England and Midlands, including Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham, Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke and Birmingham are in the midst of a yellow weather warning.
