Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, Santander customers face new £100 charge 'through no fault of own'

Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Chase, Co-op Bank, First Direct, Halifax, HSBC, Lloyds, Metro, Monzo, NatWest, RBS and Santander may charge an excess, Money Saving Expert warns.
