Man arrested as Manchester bombing tributes that killed Scots schoolgirl damaged

In May 2017, 22 people - including a Scots schoolgirl - were killed in a bomb attack on Manchester Arena at an Ariana Grande concert. Yesterday, a man was arrested for damaging tributes to those victims.
