Met Office says 'lessons learned' over weather warnings following Storm Bert

The Met Office said it wasn't "clear" that the flood risk posed as big of a risk to the South Wales Valleys as Storm Dennis did in 2020 but would look at how things could be improved with working to bring alerts to the public in future
