'Most polluting' car on UK roads named as owners face £2,745 rise in car tax after Rachel Reeves Budget

All cars registered after April 1, 2017, are required to pay car tax based on the emissions output of their vehicles and a new BMW X5 M60i will have £2,745 added to the first-year rate.
