Off-duty ‘Special Branch’ workers in Birmingham step in to clear Storm Darragh Sutton Coldfield traffic jam

'Special Branch' tree surgeons got caught in a traffic jam in Monmouth Drive in Sutton Coldfield, by Sutton Park, caused by a fallen tree, so stepped in to get traffic moving.
