Boy, 10, with rare syndrome miraculously defies doctors to walk mum down the aisle

Frankie Penfold, 10, was born with SUCLA-2 mitochondrial depletion syndrome, an inherited disorder which affects the early development of the brain leaving him mildly deaf, not being able to hold his head up, and not being able to walk.
