UK faces 9cm snow bomb this week with exact hour flurries start announced

Up to 9cm could fall in Manchester in the North West of England, as well as the Lake District, parts of Wales, Belfast in Northern Ireland and in Scotland too - where north of the border is at risk of being worst-hit.
