These ignorant Herefordshire people should hang their selfish heads in shame!

I WAS appalled to see that workers carrying out what must have been a traumatic job after a fatal crash on the A4103 in Herefordshire this week have been abused by ignorant drivers upset at a small diversion (online: Workers on closed Herefordshire A-road face abuse after tragic crash, December 18).
