New Year's Eve weather warning as 'blizzard conditions' to hit in 'multiple hazards'

The new year is set to start on an "unsettled" note as the Met Office has issued a series of severe weather warnings for snow, wind and rain stretching from Monday to Thursday impacting almost every region of the UK.
