Poignant project appeals to trace Scots relatives of Italian men killed in tragic WW2 ship sinking ahead of 85th commemoration

The men were killed when the ship they were being transported to Canada in as 'enemy aliens' was sunk by a German U-boat, with a project seeking to track down 24 families in time for the 85th commemoration in May 2025.
