Prince Harry and Meghan's Montecito mansion at risk of power cuts amid California fires

The state of California has declared a state of emergency in the region and the power supplier Southern California Edison (SCE) has announced it is considering a Public Safety Power Shutoff in both the Montecito and Santa Barbara areas.
