Senior Tory storms out of meeting after being told to behave himself amid protests over 'blocked' questions

Gloucester City Councillor Andrew Gravells stormed out of the meeting at North Warehouse after being told time had run out to ask the rest of his questions to the Liberal Democrat cabinet.
