Met Office issues of 250mph 'strongest winds of the winter' warning with potential for new named storm

The Met Office has issued a warning for the UK as it faces the "strongest winds of the winter" so far and possibility of a new named storm as a result of a powerful Jet Stream developing above the North Atlantic.
