DWP to send £3,900 letter to everyone on state pension - check if you qualify

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) will be sending out an important letter to 11 million state pension recipients in the coming weeks as hundreds of thousands could be missing out on extra cash to the tune of £3,900 a year.
