City centre café closes due to "circumstances beyond" their control

A CITY CENTRE CAFE has officially closed, due to "circumstances beyond" the businesses' control. Caffè Nero , which was based on Eign Gate in Hereford, has officially shut, with signs on the building announcing the news.
