West Lothian WASPI women welcome council's move to condemn government's decision

Carla O’Hara explained to councillors that in March last year the Parliamentary & Health Service Ombudsman ruled that women born in the 1950s should receive compensation for the inadequate notice they received of changes to their state pension age.
