Storm Eowyn: Stirling's bin collections and burial services cancelled as council takes action ahead of 100mph winds

Stirling Council will close all schools ad council-run facilities whilst bin collection and burial services have been suspended as Storm Eowyn gets set to batter the region on Friday.
