Joey Barton 'kicked his wife in the head' after threatening to fight her father, court hears

Former footballer Joey Barton pushed his wife to the floor and kicked her in the head, leaving her with a bleeding nose and a lump on her forehead during a drunken argument at their home, a court has heard.
